Eileen Boerger, CEO of CorSource Technology Group, is a tech veteran with more than 30 years of software and technology industry experience. An engineer by training, she has led the company to record growth as a leading provider of data analytics, software development and technical staffing services.

Ms. Boerger launched our software development consulting services to help companies meet product development challenges for Business Intelligence (BI), SaaS, Mobile and beyond. She works closely with CorSource experts in business data analytics, systems integration, and enterprise-wide data management to provide tactical, sustainable solutions for businesses nationwide.

She is a sought-after speaker on the latest technology developments at global venues including Cloud Analytics Summit, All About Mobile, Cloud Channel Summit, Softletter’s SaaS University and others. She serves on the Board of Directors for many organizations including the SIIA’s Software Division, the Engineering and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), Portland State University’s Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science Dean’s Executive Council, the Software Association of Oregon (SAO) and the Women in Technology International (WITI) Foundation. Bas Brukx, CFO of Clarabridge, is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial, strategic and operational planning for high growth technology companies. Since joining Clarabridge in 2014, he has led the company through two the acquisitions of Market Metrix and Engagor, as well as securing an $80 million investment round. Bas has been named Emerging Growth CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council, as well earning a SmartCEO Executive Management Award.

Before joining Clarabridge, Bas was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Vocus, a leading provider of cloud marketing software. During his tenure at Vocus, Bas was instrumental in helping the company grow to over $200M in annualized sales and 1,200 employees, obtain several rounds of venture capital, complete a successful initial public offering in December of 2005, and played a lead role in the close and integration of ten acquisitions.
Prior to Vocus, Bas held several financial management positions at Nexchange, WorldPort Communications and MCI Worldcom. Bas earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands and his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Marc Chiang is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in San Francisco and Palo Alto. He has more than 20 years of transaction experience.

Marc led numerous buy side and sell side due diligence processes and frequently advises clients on: growth equity investments; financial models; negotiating valuation and purchase agreement terms; economic approaches to due diligence for poorly kept financial records; complex revenue recognition issues; working capital adjustments; financial systems; and execution of IPO processes. He has significant technology and cross-border transaction experience, including China-U.S. inbound and outbound transactions.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Marc was a partner at Grant Thornton and served as the transaction advisory services national technology leader and California practice leader. He has international work experience in corporate development and investment banking. Marc started his career at one of the Big Four accounting firms in audit and transaction advisory services.

Marc received his MBA from the International Institute of Management Development, and his BA and MAcc from the University of Waterloo. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant. He is also on the board of the SIIA Software and Services Division.

Rhianna Collier is a senior marketing and business development executive with extensive expertise in marketing, sales, strategic partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and event development. As Vice President & managing Director of the Software & Services Division Rhianna sets the strategic direction for the division and assists software companies in developing key strategic partnerships, boosting their profiles, and gaining strategic insight on key market issues. Prior to SIIA, Rhianna served as Assistant Vice President for Scottish Development International, Scotland’s Economic Development Agency. At SDI, Rhianna played a pivotal sales role with an ambassadorial slant, promoting and representing Scotland in key sectors such as software, creative industries and energy. She developed business growth strategies, coordinated cross-geography initiatives and established key partnerships for Scottish and US companies.

Linda currently serves as the CFO of the Philadelphia Cricket Club, Inc., a $17 million organization with 300+ employees and three facilities which host seven sports plus F&B operations. Linda led the cleanup of the financial reporting and AR within the first six months of her tenure; secured $17 million in debt financing; developed a forecasting and budgeting tool for ease of use by the operational team; deployed electronic deposits, payments and credit cards to increase cash flow and decrease processing time; and significantly reduced audit comments through improvements made in the audit process.

Prior to the Philadelphia Cricket Club, Linda also served as the CFO for the Cherokee Town & Country Club, Inc.; Assistant Controller for the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel; and Director of Finance for the Druid Hills Golf Club.

Linda has also served in various roles of the Georgia Chapter of Hospitality Finance & Technology Professionals, including President (2010-2011) and Secretary (2008-2010).

Linda received her MBA, with a concentration in Finance and her BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.


Gregory Doran

Greg Doran, CFO of Fiberlink an IBM company, has spent over 15 years working as a finance professional in both public and private companies. As Fiberlink's CFO, Greg is responsible for the accounting, FP&A, billing operation and sales operation functions. In addition to serving as Fiberlink's CFO, Greg is working with other IBM executives, to extend Fiberlink's financial and business operations best practices across the broader IBM SaaS portfolio. IBM acquired Fiberlink in late 2013.

Prior to his CFO role, Greg served as the company's Vice President of Finance and was responsible for helping to reshape the financial and sales operation functions in support of the company's rapidly growing SaaS mobile device management platform. Greg has also held financial leadership positions at both CIGNA and State Farm Insurance. Greg earned his bachelor degree in Accounting from Kutztown University.

She has worked and travelled extensively in Europe and Asia.

As Chief Financial Officer, James Matas oversees finance, tax, legal, investor relations, banking, contracts, and M&A. He deals extensively with shareholders, clients, business partners and management on a variety of matters and works closely with operating management to drive business growth and establish strategic direction. Mr. Matas brings more than 30 years of financial management experience, primarily in the health care industry.

Mr. Matas earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Penn State and received his M.B.A. degree with a concentration in pharmaceutical marketing from St. Joseph's University. A certified public accountant, he is a member of AICPA and PICPA, and is a Series 24 Registered Securities Principal.

Boomi was acquired by Dell in 2010, where Rick went on to run the Boomi business for Dell, helping grow the organization into the industry leader it is today.

Rick is currently the president of Philly Startup Leaders, one of the most active entrepreneur groups in Philadelphia. He also an active blogger, and frequently speaks at industry events about startups, SaaS and cloud computing.

Doug Reynolds is a partner with Grant Thornton’s Accounting Principles Consulting Group, resident in the Boston office. Reynolds has been with Grant Thornton for 22 years and advises on accounting, financial reporting and SEC matters. His experience includes consulting on significant SEC and international issues, primarily focused on commercial clients. Prior to his current role, he spent seven years as the National Professional Practice Director for the firm’s Northeast region.

While with Grant Thornton, Reynolds served as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board, working closely with the Emerging Issues Task Force. His projects focused on revenue recognition and stock compensation, among other issues. He continues to participate in the firm’s activities surrounding standards setting, and is a member of the working group initiated by Financial Executives International that is addressing issues related to the new revenue recognition standard.

Joel is a Managing Director within Grant
Thornton’s Atlantic Coast Market Territory for
the State and Local Tax Practice. In addition he serves as the National Tax Leader for the firms Technology Industry Practice (TIP). He is experienced in all areas of state and local taxation with an emphasis on transaction taxes for diverse industries including high tech, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, construction,
publishing, and retail.

Joel has over 20 years’ experience state and local taxes. He is considered the area expert in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, as well as an industry expert in the high-tech, telecom and government contracting fields. Joel has extensive experience in engagements such as Corporate Restructuring, Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence, Audit Controversy, Refund Recovery, ASC 450 (FAS 5) Accrual assessments,
and implementing Managed Compliance Agreements. He has assisted multiple industry
specific clients in identifying and implementing tax planning strategies that have resulted in significant tax savings. Joel was previously a tax auditor for the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Taxation and has spent the past 18 years in public accounting consulting.
